I have had a really focussed day. The challenge has been pulling together an agreements around the role and responsibilities for a multi-organisation bid. The challenge started because I sensed there was discord through the multi-org group. The GoMAD thinking framework gave me some structure to attack the problem.
I needed a good cup of resolve to go for it and felt really quite sick as the day began. The neat technique of imagining me doing something, watching me do it and then stepping into the film and looking back at the past having done it, removed the 'fear'.
By the end of the day, I had agreement with all the bods in my work and the lead organisation for our bid and a clear description of roles and responsibilities.
Good job! That's a win.
