Think I have turned a corner with my fitness! I have managed to keep to a basic, simple program and suddenly, I can feel massive improvements. There needs to be too because this year I shall be entering a number of cycling events of in excess of 100 miles.
I popped into a local magazine shopped and picked up a couple of cycling mags. At this time of year they are full of training tips. I was on them all! Also saw an article about how changing athletes model of the world was yielding fab results.
In the back of my mind I would always want to be back in sport, I soooo love it. Reading the intensity with which Lance Armstrong goes about his training and I remember how I am always reliving, replaying or imagining sporting moments. My passion is there, should I turn my coaching and NLP this direction?
