Work should be fun. Work is too big a part of most of our lives to allow it to be dreary and dull.
My kids love dressing up. This usually means I have to get involved too. Our dressing up games are full of energy, exploration and fun. I thought these can all fit the work context too.
In the picture you can see the end result, you have to trust me that thee was also laughter, energy and some focussed work too.
