The train to London for a meeting gave me the opportunity to catch up on listening to my NLP Master Practitioner CDs.  Four hours of listening about Values.

Before today, I would have considered sticking pins into myself would have been more enjoyable.  How wrong! Fascinating.  Understanding the eight value levels, the accompanying behaviours and traits and the conflicts or sympathetic approaches between some levels has unpicked many of the issues I see at work between colleagues.  Wow, this stuff is amazing!  This is so gonna' give me a head start not only in unpicking the situational problems I face but also helping others.

Got to the meeting and had an outer body experience as I watched myself react to another attendees barbed questioning and was sucked into an area I did not want to go....what was that Value level 3 (quite base)?
