People move toward new ideas at the rate best for them. I have learnt the accelerator for change is not under the control of anyone else. People will move faster once they feel safe, assured & engaged (good old Maslow and his hierarchy of need). If change is slow ask "what questions have I not help answer that is preventing momentum?"
